"Unbelievable "

Was not a good experience whatsoever, turned up, staff member unhappy even though I had told them I will be coming a different time, no service whatsoever, please note the lift is on the first floor so if you have luggage you have to carry it up a set of stairs and the helpers come after you’ve dragged luggage yourselves

"Please refund my money"

AC not working. Very small space and mattress is very old and was poor spring mattress... didn't had good sleep. It's inside market and noisy. The commode hand spray was jot working... I blame Booking.com for promoting such hotel.. total waste of money

"It has been well and good but would have been great if the facility was clean and tidy."

Location at its best who want to explore Mohammed Ali road or nearby places.

The rooms would have been more cleaned and tidy, and especially the bathroom as the towels were still hanging there while we checked in at our room.
