Very comfortable bed, Restaurant on site has a good mix of food both veg and non-veg Friendly front desk staff. Location was ok.

Staff staring at you while you eat. Constantly not getting the meal you ordered. Woken at 6am by staff wanting to top up tea and coffee supplies.

Clean room, close to IEML. Friendly staff and prompt service.

The cupboard didn’t have shelves. I had to live out of my suitcase for 4 days. Food options for breakfast were limited.

By virtue of being a new property all fittings were spic and span. Furnishings and fittings were of high standard. Food preparations were good and there was sufficient variety. They were ready to accommodate our request for less oily and less spicy food.

South Indian items at breakfast buffet and more variety of fruit would be welcome additions. The only fruit offered at breakfast was bananas.
