Staff in the night duty was illiterate & disgusting. Staff in the day wanted credit card details for making a bill which is ridiculous. Why will anybody need credit card details to make a bill. They provide 1L water bottles to Japanese guests & only 750ml to Indian guests. Why this discrimination against Indians in India's capital city. This was pathetic. No proper hot water facility in bathrooms & bathrooms are badly lit. Location is confusing for a lot of cab drivers & its surrounded by buildings due to which no sunlight & blocked ventilation.

Location and room space

1. Had to fight to get a 2nd bathing towel for a double occupancy room. 2. No glasses, no spoon available for customers 3. One half liter bottle for 2 people and then you are suppose to buy

Мы отдыхали с нашей кошкой, которая осталась полностью довольна отелем. В нашем номере был японский унитаз, а это прям редкость. И персонал невероятный: очень приятные люди.

Когда мы зашли, в номере было очень грязно, везде как будто бы осела пыль и грязь. Видно, что номер убирали, но он простоял какое-то время и вся делийская пыль осела на нем. Я отдельно протирала полки в ванной, они были черные от грязи. И унитаз был вымыт не тщательно. За пять дней, что мы жили, номер ни разу не убрали и мусор я выносила сама.

I really had great stay at Fuji Ryokan. The room was really big and confortable, as the bathroom. Everything was really clean. The staff was really nice and helpful!
