Treebo Lake City

The stay was lovely, I loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to my destination. Enjoyed the stay.

There were only limited options for the breakfast, I think they need to add more options.

Staff was supportive and quick to respond

Room was in a appalling condition - i had to change 2 rooms and still had issues - e.g. toilet hand shower broken, tv not working, crawling insect in the bed etc etc. Biggest issue was Wifi was not working in most rooms.

Timely serving, maintain clean

It would have well maintain the wash room taps

The hotel was nice but there was issues of water in the wash room and counter did not respond to it .

Hotel Staff was polite and professional, Food was also good, overall it was very good stay.
