Itsy Hotels Peak View, 300 Mts From Mall Road

Near to city center.

The facilities of the rooms were bit outdates. We ordered dinner and the meals were bit expensive and food was average. We travelled during winter time and no heating facility in the room. At temperature nearing 2C night was uncomfortable and couldn't manage with few blankets. There was no view at all all to our room which was just next to dining hall.

The food was very bad and the staff was also non cooperative.

The room was very dirty. The kettle for hot water was out of order and the bed covers was also not cleaned .

Room size is too small as well not cleaned 😕😔

Staff behaviour was good. Somewhat view was good from the property.

Room charges was too much for this room. There is no amenities in the room, no electric kettle is placed in the room, we have to ask then they provide a kettle but it was so dirty and have stains of maggie in it. The blanket was also not clean.

The location is nice. Breakfast is fabulous.

All amenities are provided as shown on the website. But the bathroom door of our room is not in good condition.
