It is not worth to stay here at the price being charged!. Rooms lack basic amenities. I had broken chair, falling walls, poor quality of toiletries. The property lacks overall cleanliness and hygiene.

The hotel is very clean, albeit not well maintained. I got a decent sized, corner room. There was a lot of space to store my belongings. And that's about all that was positive about the hotel.

My poor experience with this hotel started even before I reached. Even though the listing clearly says no prepayment, I was bombarded with emails/messages from the hotel to pay a deposit to "confirm my reservation". I even got a call saying it was wedding season, so there was no guarantee that I would get a room. First of all, the name of the hotel isn't FabHotel Prime Ivy Studio, it is Hotel Ivy Studios. You won't find the former on Google Maps, and will end up confused like I did. The security guard, when asked, said that it wasn't the same property. However the front desk confirmed that they rent out rooms via FabHotel also. Second, the area is dismal. Nothing the hotel can do about this, but just fair warning that there is no view to speak of. Third, while the hotel was clean (and my room was spotless) the maintenance was just awful. There were wires hanging in my room, and some of the lights refused to work. The was clearly meant to be a minibar in my room, but it wasn't there. The furniture was weirdly rough and unpolished. And the cupboard back panel was broken. One of the windows had sticky marks on the outside, which I can only attribute to masking tape being applied and taken off. It was bizarre. The hot water only worked some of the time, and when it did, it was lukewarm rather than hot. Fourth, the breakfast was just awful. I am unfortunately allergic to certain things, and there was just no way I could get food without my allergens in it. I finally resorted to ordering in all my meals. Which poetically brings me to my final experience, when I was checking out. There was an incorrect room service post to my account, which I had to contest as my taxi was drawing up. Do not recommend at all. The photos shown in the listing are of the rooms, but they look vastly better on Booking.com.

Location was good

The receiptionist was hard on staff. Electricity was went off at last time of day. Cockroaches were running around room and bathroom. Property needs to take care of

Room had cracks and stinking a bit. Beds were seperated when u had requested and approved for a single queen size bed. Bathroom didn't had any soaps just a bottle of a shower gel.

Nothing worst possible hotel infested with 🪳 cockroaches rude staff and third class bedding Geeta Singh receptionist the rudest front office person I saw in my entire career
