Poor quality bathroom and toilet, Ac is also not working properly.

i did not like anything about this hotel except that it had a good location for us to do saree shopping for wedding

This hotel is under a contract management and I think is run by non professional guys. The rooms which we booked were having buffet breakfast, but on enquiring it was told that buffet breakfast is not there and rom boys will get certain items and some items are chargable. room boy got cofee in a plastic bag and expected us to gulp it down like that only witthout a cup. finally they charged Rs200 for one of our room for breakfast. The room service was bad and there were some boys withut any uniform . Towels, glass, water soap had to be asked and then supplied. How did FAB hotel has a association with this hotel without having any branding of FAB, dont know how booking.com taking such bookings. Please dont get associated with such shoddy hotels that clients are scared to stay.

Only the bed was comfortable

When I visited the property, I noticed that the air conditioner was leaking. Instead of providing a room change, they offered a bucket for me to place under the AC to collect the water leaking from it.

there is no fab hotel there. money wasted. i went looking at fab hotel which does not exist there.

nothing is there.
