While the property is visually well-renovated, our stay was highly disappointing due to severe maintenance and service failures. We experienced persistent issues across multiple rooms, including blocked bathroom drains, broken locks, and a damp, musty smell. Basic amenities like toiletries, water, and remotes were consistently missing, and restaurant service was unacceptably slow or unavailable. The night staff, however, was genuinely helpful and the only highlight of our stay. Despite the property's potential, the lack of proper maintenance and effective staff support makes it difficult to recommend.

Location, its close to everything, the staff is really good, we had a few requests which the staff took and acted quickly the food provided was amazing.

First of all the view of the hotel is very nice. The receptionist Amit and Mohit is very polite and helpful person. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean and great view.The food was also very good. The staff was also professional and helpful . I asked him about the area near me and he guided me in the right way. Even my friends was very happy. Hotel in main market and all types shop's nearest hotel. Perfect stay******** Jai mata di.

The property was nearby to the bus station and Amit - Hotel manager was extremely helpful in the check-in process and guiding on other things.

Great hospitality from the staff especially Mr. Amit (FO) .. delicious food and very cooperative staff, ambience environment. Overall, everything superb. Hotel is located in the main market, easily accessible to all the areas, with mountainous view. Must visit once anyone comes here. Jai mata di!
