The Sky Comfort Beach Hotel, Dwarka

Its was in very bed situation. Hotel rooms were not mentioned properly and things was broken and not working. Wi-Fi was not available due to our room was at 4th floor. Wi-Fi only available at ground floor. Bathroom was stinky bad. And door and taps were broken badly working at all. Water stops in between shower and cold water.

Nothing at all, Bad approach road ,rude staff behaviour. They didn't provide extra comforter with extra bed. They don't provide towels and Toiletries. After paying good amount of money amenities are comparable to dharamshala, I think dharmshala might provide better amenities then them

Everything Bad staff behaviour No amenities , they simply lying on Booking.com , 50% amenities they have mentioned, they didn't provide. I think booking.com should review and remove such bad hotels, which ultimately distorts there image as well

Quality of Food was excellent with polite staff in restaurant.

Front desk Executive needed to be more professional. Smooth talks with no matching outcomes doesn't get repeat customers.

Room given to someone else with higher price, we booked online with booking.com and when we reach there they said we don’t have booking of your name. Staff was so rude and not helpful at all. We were searching another property at night 1 am with small kids. Luckily we found another place but we have to pay double price. If you planning to stay with this hotel then be alert don’t go there. You will regret.

I stayed in Room 409. Bedsheet was not clean and probably a used one. Could see hairs on it. Bathroom had a very bad smell. It did not have dental kit or any such items. The hand wash liquid bottle was empty. Hot water was normal. Jet spray in toilet was leaking and tied with black tap. Very poor maintenance of the property. Staff was very less so they were unable to provide servicss. I could hear other guest screaming at hotel manangement.
