The Sky Comfort Beach Hotel, Dwarka

The facility is too far from city and the accessibility is very poor. We need to pay extra charges for transport if we dont have our vehicle.

The room tariff is too costly. even without including food the rates are heavy. for that location the cost is high when compared with hotels nearby city/ temple. The roads from city to reach the facility is so bad condition. atleast it should have been taken care in room rent. Actually if we see in net and book the facility it is not advisable what we see and what is reality is totally different.

Hotel bad

The cleanliness of the rooms was below expectations, with noticeable issues like stains and dust. Basic amenities such as soap, towels, and toiletries were either missing or inadequate. There were 2 lizards in the bathroom and flies were present throughout our rooms. The condition of the furniture and room fixtures was poor, with several items appearing broken or in disrepair. There were maintenance issues such as a bathroom door that couldn't lock and a leakage problem, which affected comfort and privacy.

From inside the hotel was good. The rooms were spacious. All the staff were very good, pleasant and helpful. Especially Mr. Pawan Kumar in the reception was very good. There is a spacious Restaurant in the ground floor serving Punjabi & Chinese cuisine. The food quality was also good. The House keeping & Room service personnel very good. Enough parking space is available. The sea view from my room was very good.

The location of the hotel is not convenient. It is around 6KM from Dwarkadhish temple and is off the main road by around 2KM. A private road is leading to the hotel from the main road. Therefore, approach is difficult. The building is isolated with no buildings in the area. Though the restaurant is spacious it is inconvenient to sit and eat food there due to numerous flies. No arrangement for "pesto flash" equipment anywhere. Initially we were allotted room-204. However, I had to change the same due to non-functional Split AC. Next, we were allotted Room-205. However, this room also was changed due to continuous rainwater entry into the room through aluminum windows making floor flooded and the room unwalkable and unsafe. Finally, we had to shift to room-105. The supply of toiletries was insufficient. There is an issue with regular power supply here. Most of the time DG set is used to maintain supply. Since the capacity of DG is insufficient, they had to resort to power shut down. Therefore, Lift was not available mostly. Further we had to spend time in the room without power for hours during our stay. In view of the above the positive points about the hotel gets over-shadowed.

This hotel is located on the beautiful beach where you can enjoy it with your friends and family members. Food was awesome. The room was neat and clean. Overall a nice experience.
