They didn’t let me check in without paying the money in advance. They didn’t have an advance payment policy on booking.com or at the property to show me in writing and withheld the keys at 11:30 at night. I had to call the police for help.

I made this booking for my Guruji and when he was not in the room, cleaning staff took Rs.6000 from his bag and when the same was reported to Duty Manager he was also not helping. Rooms are also very small and built quality is really bad.

Our experience at this hotel in Gurugram was horrible and scary. While the beds and washroom were fine, the security was extremely poor. There were no baggage scanners, no body checks, and no security guards at the main gate. The worst part happened at 3 AM when a hotel staff member unlocked our door with a master key without knocking or informing us, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. He was with another man, who was later said to be a guest from another room. We were terrified and screamed, and they both apologized. When I called reception, they said it was a mistake. Later, the manager checked CCTV and found that the guest from the next room had asked the staff to open our door. Shockingly, the rooms also lack basic security features like a manual latch or chain lock, which are standard in most hotels. They would give a manual door key but they could still open the gate with master key anytime. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be careful and prioritize safety when choosing a place to stay.
