There need to br more attendants at the pool

We liked the food but other services were not acceptable as your hotel site mentioned it is five star but I didn't find anything to compare it with my stay on other five star hotels like Taj, Radission etc where I frequently stay.

The most embarrassing was the inspection of a person who came to take our luggage but was checking each and everything if we have stolen anything like electric jug or cups. He then started asking where is hand towel but it was not given to us at the time of check in and then he started checking again inside the bathroom.

The stay at Regenta Dehradun was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Rahul Rawat, who provided outstanding service—attentive, polite, and always with a smile. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The entire team was extremely helpful and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease here.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other stays I had across India.

The car parking should be covered with a shed in view of the scorching heat.
