ININThe Hotel is located in a very accessable area. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the food was excellent for a three star property. The staff were also very friendly and well behaved.
Well, there is'nt much that I disliked although I would like to mention that I saw a fly in the otherwise clean and well maintained restaurant. Sort of spoils the overall good ambience though.

Slightly less service from the bell Boys, slight lack of in room amenities like, there was only one towel for a twin sharing room, no dental or shaving kits unless asked, maybe they did this to save wastage. Also the breakfast was coldish and only when told they tried to heat up.
INCleanliness of the room; bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly in that hot weather.

There was a prob with d staff...though they tried to show that they r very professional but right from room service people asking for tip to reception staff not providing for hangers even after telling dem more than 5-6 times...staff also went inside d room when I was not dere nd I could make that out bcos my things were not in place and when questioned first they said dat room service people might have went but my room was cleaned early morning only nd then they said dat someone came in the road m to fix something but what I don't understand is dat why would someone even more ve things around though nothing was missing but someone did nlmove things around....all in all the staff was very confused
