Property was very clean n people were welcoming

Restaurant service was bad. People were very very slow and rude also. Food was so so

Hotel is very good

Noisy Management issues like wen i reached restaurant they were firing a staff. Which is very unprofessional in front of outside guests. Even at 11 and 12 at night it is noisy. Guests are out of their rooms and no one is bothered to take care of thing's.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The food could have been better and breakfast didn't have a lot of options.Every day they only had poori bhaji no south Indian options available.

Liked the view from our room, cleanliness of the room

Even after paying an advance amount of Rs 1001 as booking amount, the amount was not adjusted to my total paid amount. I realised it after checking out from the hotel. The system's are not updated. The controlling office and the branch hotels work in silos.

Location of the hotel if you want less crowd. View from the window. Behavior of the staff was good polite and very helpful.

According to me everything was perfect.
