AC was functional, bathrooms were not as bad as rest of the room

This doesn't look anything like the pictures or high ratings suggest. It doesn't have fabhotelboard either. I booked it because it was closest to Jaypee hospital where we had to meet a relative. The Staff was disinterested & denied breakfast although package showed free breakfast. Dirty & torn linen, stinking corridors, shady looking ambience, constant noises around. Bedroom lights have no switches next to the bed and toilet exhaust fan vents into the bedroom!Although my wife's flight was delayed & supposed to join by night, i asked her to stay at the airport n join me in the morning considering how shady the place was. As soon as she arrived, we decided to check out. Unfortunately I paid in advance, else I would have canceled the booking had I seen the place. Please avoid at any cost if you are traveling with family.

Manager was very rude and non co-operative while staff were fine. Hotel was not maintained well. Bathroom stinks, Geyser didn’t work. No daily cleaning and change of bedspread

Confusion of breakfast, I had booked for one but the hotel had no idea of the same.

Nothing, very poor services. Guys at the reception misbehaved. Shady people entering room to assist. Security issues since the other guests seemed very suspicious. Windows and doors in the room are illfitted allowing insects to enter. No food or any other assistance available. My electric equipment got damaged. Staff shouted at me . I checked out the next day. Beware and don’t enter the property.
