Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from a 4/5-star property. Below are the issues I faced during my stay (Rooms 3003 and 3004): 1. Welcome Drink Not Provided The booking clearly mentioned welcome drinks, but nothing was offered upon arrival. 2. Safety & Maintenance Issues • There was no proper lock on the room door. • There was no lock on the bathroom door, which is a serious privacy concern. • The doorbell was not working. 3. TV & Entertainment Issues • The TV did not have access to Netflix, YouTube, or other smart features. • I complained about this to the staff and was asked to check later when I returned, but no one followed up, and the issue was never resolved. 4. Swimming Pool Issue • The swimming pool water was not normalised or heated and was extremely cold, making it unusable in this weather. 5. Overall Experience Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the facilities and service. This experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Cleanliness. There was pretty dirty all over the room. Even after we asked for an extra cleaning, there were still hair and dirt in all corners of the room. In the rooftop pool, there was a lot of sand on the bottom, but to be fair the water looked clean. When we were sitting up there, someone had spilled some sticky food on the table, and we asked the waiter to wipe the table. He took a dry napkin and wiped it over, and that was it. You could still see all the grease stains on the table. And like others said. The hotel is located next to a small river who sometimes give off a lot of smell. Luckily not in the room though. All in all it is an ok hotel, but don't expect western standards of cleaning.

Location is the only best part of this hotel

The room felt clean and comfy, the staff were welcoming. All amenities were available.
