Bedsheets were so old that they should throw them, AC was making noise, room was not getting locked, they shifted to other room, in which water was not coming and bedsheet quality was so poor.

The room had a balcony.

Booked a room for 3 adults and 2 children. Even though i was a solo traveller. According to the manager all rooms are know of Classic triple rooms , so basically its a queen size bed which was allotted. It had. No towels. No safe. No shower. No telephone. No closet. No clothes rack. No soap. No drinking water. All these amenities were avilable on web booking. Also bathroom has black mould. Flush tank not working. After informing the staff, the reply was its needs to be fixed, I wonder 🤔. Oops the exhaust fan needs to be fixed. Very disappointed for 14 hours stay for 1351.
