The beds were too dusty which looked like it was not even cleaned before handing the keys to us. The staff were rude and did not allow us to have a stay at the hotel because we do not have India ID. The staff disagree to give us room even when full payment was made under Fab Hotel app. After waiting for 30 minutes and the staff made a few calls, then we were allowed to have a stay in the hotel and was given the keys. We were given dirty towels and drinking water was charged for 25 rupees for each bottle which we had to pay when checking out. The room was very dusty and had odour from the toilet

It was closer to PGI.

Parking area was narrow and steep. It was hard to take the car out. Area is very shady and the rooms and the hotel doesn’t look same as in the photos. It was not giving any positive vibes. Not a family hotel.
