Staff gave extra one hour for checkout

The room was not prepared at our arrival it was used by someone else and was not cleaned. Provided the family room but the bathroom was messy, the food at breakfast was not good, we were asked that we can only have 2 parathas for each person. Not a single hygiene kit was provided other than a soap for two persons, a broken handwash dispensing machine was in the bathroom but without handwash.

Location is in very crowded, narrow lane, and shockingly poor in a planned clean city of Chandigarh. Hotel says Fab takes a part of the rent but no accountability in Customer's comforts. Booking.com consistently disappoints me with their suggestion of budget hotels

Had to stay here since we were not getting any last minute good hotels that didn’t cost a bomb in Chandigarh. This is in one of the typical shabby non sector locations in Chandigarh. They tried to put us in a deluxe room instead of a premium room although a premium room was available and we had paid for it online. Bed sheets were dirty, no soap in dispenser, no iron available, water stopped in taps at night, trash in the common areas. The biggest thing is the rooms have no windows for some reason. Also airport transportation is NOT included in the tariff.
