Firstly they kept pestering to pay 50% advance to confirm the reservation And i paid 100% advance so that they could stop incessantly following up And i told them my parents are old and they will be coming to stay so please make sure the payment bit doesnt act as a blocker or inconvenience of any kind. But guess what, thats what exactly happened After making 100% advance payment 10-15 days before checkin, at the time of check out they stopped my parents saying that the payment has not been made.
