I stayed in Room # 116. The shower cabin water was leaking inside the WC area. If you have a bigger Car, 4.5m l+ this cannot be parked in the basement of this building. The horrible design of this hotel parking After having difficulty parking it during check-in, I decided not to park in the basement later that evening. After dinner, I parked my car outside the Hotel. At around 10:00 pm, the hotel manager rings my room doorbell, ask him, " Can you give key to your car? I would park your car in a different place, give my parking place for a Bus to be parked" this kind of staff who organise this hotel I parked outside, because they have a hopeless and dangerous parking basement, and then he has no courtesy to even ask me to move my car, where I parked in a public place, another place giving priority to another Guest

Rooms are not clean n staff service is very poor.

Excellent location. The room facilities were good. Staff was very good in communication. Car valet parking service was good. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary.

On the floor, there should have been drinking water tap facility to fill up our bottles.

It’s a lovely property and very value for money!!!
