Clean safe and good spa facilities. Room had good space toilets were clean. Decent food buffet citrus Café

The food availability needs improvement. We went to the rooftop bar and Grill and also to the Republic of noodles, but were met with repetitive unavailability of dishes that we wanted to order. We ended up having a buffet dinner at the citrus Café, which was nice.

The staff were very good - attentive and helpful. Shaheen at Reception was exceptional! Always cheerful and, proactive & helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent - great food and good variety - definitely great value!

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower stall. There was a small leak behind the toilet, not a good look. The safe didn't work; this was rectified once I notified Reception.
