Hotel Golden Riviera

New hotel, so it was vwry clean and neat. Staff was okay, no complains , minimalistic. When you ask you are attended. I have booked 2 delux double rooms , one room was significantly smaller than the other. Food was not good at the resrurant. Onle complementary Breakfast was good. Very less options for lunch . Spicy food . South indian meal at lunch was not tasty. North indian options have no taste. For evening snacks there was not even a sandwitch available. Unlike the rwviews , food was a problem' all of us had burning stomach after having lunch there.

Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was elevator facility which is helpful for people who have problems taking the stairs. There was ample parking space for the car to park.

The breakfast package and the in-house restaurant was quite overpriced. Also the keycards for the rooms "expire" at the end of each day. So one has to go to the reception and reprogram it everytime on reentry (Don't know if this is a one time problem or it is the usual case)

Breakfast was good, The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. I compliment them. Rooms are very very constricted, and not at all comfortable. FAcilities are okay, Location is good. about other aspects, i wont mention, because, it was a very busy day for the hotel that day. and the staff more than made it up.

The stay was nice ,helpful staff and the food was excellent right from breakfast,lunch and dinner

The food was delicious, we even had dinner at the same place after trying their breakfast. Beautiful interior with smart lighting and well-mannered staff. large outdoor parking area to park cars with ease.

We found the kettle had molds in it luckily we found it beforehand. The entry card provided was useless, every time we entered with the help of a master card from staff. Double cot with two single beds with uncomfortable gad in between. The main door was not soundproof no privacy at all, we could hear conversation from the next room. The water bottles provided were too small and charging Rs 15 for an extra bottle is not fair.
