Zone Connect by The Park Mussoorie

Location is good. Staff are good.

The place is old, almost dilapidated. Rooms stink. Indoor games are not there, as advertised. Food was just about palatable.

Staff is courteous and polite. Very helpful.

Property is good but not maintained. Can be. More valued if properly maintained. It is not at all a 4 star property. Approach to property is not at all good very conjusted roads.Highly risky if traveling by own car.

Rooms are old and not clean. This should be listed as 2 star not a 4 star hotel.

Comfortable with nice breakfast.

The bathroom were very stinky with exhaust not working and were located in the innermost corner of the room making it unbearable. The pest control was extremely bad and twice we had to ask staff to remove leaches and earthworms from the bathroom. No water bucket and mugs in bathroom and the showers were very old and weathering off. The room was handed over around 1.30 hours late. The pool table had an incomplete number of balls and the cue ball was a golf ball. The table tennis rackets were all broken. It was the worst zone by the park hotel from all I have stayed with. Overall a waste of family time, comfort and money.
