There is nothing which i liked about the hotel. Except staff behavior

I have booked this hotel by looking at pictures of the hotel provided on the platforms, but the Family room is pathetic i have booked this room for more than 6000 the rooms are so bad even they are outside the hotel. I have spoiled my trip by choosing this property. If you are a couple just book room with balcony thats it... hotel has no view and just one thing is good it has its own parking thats it. And kitchen is not working at my time so please confirm before giving them booking. My experience is 0

Property is just 70 metre away from Mall Road … you can go and walk anytym … rooms was good staff was friendly n helping

Property is little bit over priced as i paid 16000 for just 2 days stay … there is not more option in breaky in this price. limited items in breakfast buffet. They have to elaborate the menu.

View from the hotel is mesmerizing, 100m from mall road and you can walk to camel road to get a beautiful view of mountains, peace and calm and nice value if you are with family. Breakfast is too good and meet the expectation. Staff are very cooperative and always open to help especially Aniket who is very nice guy and had met us a comfortable stay. Definitely in next visit I will opt the same hotel.

Location is nice.

1. The movement we entered in room and checked our bed sheet and quilt it was dirty and hair remains were present that means hotel have not changed both the items after previous guest use. 2. The towel provided in washroom were dirty full of lipstick marks and dirty spots. 3. Cockroaches were noticed inside the washroom. 4. The toiletry items provided were old and not completed, even I asked for soap which should be part of washroom toiletry inventory was denied and ask to use hand wash as face wash. 5. The breakfast spread had only three main items to eat i.e. bread & omlette, mix paratha and upma. 6. Basically hygiene was not ensured in the hotel. Overall it was a bad experience visiting this hotel and I would never ever recommend others to visit this hotel in future. Regards
