IHTC group is supposed to have a good set of quality standards. The room is very small and there is no amenities like pool or soa or anything. The in house resturant is priced evrything around 700-800 similar to that of capital kitchen of ur taj palace menu. So the in-house is very overpriced. For the price u are charging the equivalent there is no value. The in-room sofa is also old, dirty and stained (because of the reddish orange shade it's not visible but it's not great). Please Either charge the pricing around 5k or give more value is to the customers. I have stayed in your IHTC cannaught delhi. Taj palace delhi and many more places. In Chennai ginger hotels cost around 3k and it's fine as it's more of a average budget hotel. But this is very highly priced for no amenities (except complimentary Breakfast which all average hotels do well these days).
