The Staff is very helpfull

The Location is inconvenient. There is no eatery near by and they do not have any food. The only way out there is to take an Auto (three wheeler) or a taxi to some restaurant. In Trichy this is a most notorious experience - you call a Taxi/Auto by UBER app. They will demand double the quoted fare of UBER. ELse they will not come. It is indeed very inconvenient though the Property has no role in this. After they cleaned my room on day 2 ( first day when I checked in the room was not serviced) - it was **not cleaned** when I checked in late around 9PM on March 26) the stay was pleasant.

"Good hotel to stay overall."

The Hotel was pretty well taken care off and clean. Toilets were big and beds were relatively comfortable.

The hotel does not have a lift access and as such need to carry the luggage up. No readily available hotel staff to assist with the luggage. The room gets extremely small in terms of movement when shared by 3 pax. Only good for 2 pax.
