Hospitality of the staff at the reception and restaurant was really good. The lobby is nicely done and gives a positive vibe.

1) It is slightly away from the city and it takes some time to access the central parts. 2) The bath towels, hand towels looked discolored and are past their prime .

A well-located, comfortable hotel. The staff are all helpful, but the levels of spoken English can be quite basic. The reception area is cramped and needs to be rethought.The dining options are reasonable, but the service is erratic. Breakfast ditto.. it's too difficult to get a simple cup of tea or coffee. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the Sachika and would stay here again.
