We booked on booking The hotel send us an automated request to Pay without giving me a way to pay. I asked for a way to pay. They send another automated request or they will cancel. I asked again and again for a way to pay. They send me again automatic massage that they cancel. I called booking.com. And tell them about in But they didn’t help and I had to take another hotel. I read later that they did it to others.

"Disappointed with the hotel"

They cancelled our stay as they wanted money upfront when we booked pay at hotel with bookings.com. If these hotels want part payments then they should choose the correct option on the site. They wasn’t even bothered when they told us & the hotel was full.
