Itsy Hotels Opal Suites, Mundhwa, Near Koregaon Park

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

I like this hotel very much because the staff working here are very nice as if I am a member of his family I also like the food and the receptionist madam at the front desk was very helpful thank you very much

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Breakfast includes variety of foods.. The shef serve the food like we are his family.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location was on a quiet street. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Rooms and sheets could be cleaner. Was made to shift rooms half hour after checking in. Decor & lighting in the room needs serious upgrade.

The basic room is terrible. Lack of facilities and poor restaurant service. No proper facilities including toiletries etc. Room size very small. Staff is fine. Restaurant doesn't open most of the time and doesn't have much variety
