The property is very well built, and staff manage it well. However, there is a lot to improve on the food. All North Indian dishes were excellent but South Indian- Terrible. In the coffee heartland- one does not expect 2 Rs. Nescafe Sachet for a coffee experience. Chose this place, after confirming that they have an EV charger. On arrival it was not found working and therefore a full day was lost in going out and getting the car charged. This EV failure ruined my holiday.

The location
It was a very standard resort. No representation of the local culture. The room costs are already at a premium but they are charging for small activities which are usually included in the package in other properties. Bird watching and coffee tasting experiences are never charged in other places we stayed. Use of Plastic bottles and eye-soar plastic dustbin, disturbing the view and experience. Not related to the property, but the charging facility is not functional. This was a huge detrimental factor to our plans for the free vacation day.

The serenity around the property , excellent staff members, great food and very well maintained facilities are all worth the every penny you spend. Carried back beautiful memories in turn and yearning to visit again.
