"Odmowa check-in i zgłoszenie „no-show” mimo naszej obecności"

Po przyjeździe do hotelu FabHotel Raahi Retreat odmówiono nam zakwaterowania wyłącznie z powodu tego, że jesteśmy obcokrajowcami. Rezerwacja była wcześniej kilkukrotnie potwierdzona, a płatność została przyjęta. Informacja o jakichkolwiek ograniczeniach dotyczących gości zagranicznych nie była podana ani w opisie obiektu, ani w warunkach rezerwacji. W efekcie zostaliśmy pozostawieni bez noclegu i zmuszeni do szukania innego hotelu na miejscu. Szczególnie rozczarowujące jest to, że zamiast wyjaśnić sytuację i zwrócić pieniądze, obiekt zgłosił do Booking.com, że nie pojawiliśmy się na check-in. Jest to nieprawdziwe – byliśmy na miejscu, jednak odmówiono nam zameldowania. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do potwierdzonej i opłaconej rezerwacji.
