The Mohua - A Boutique Hotel

Pet friendly hotel in a rural ambience, polite staff and the owner was very hospitable. The rooms were really clean and nice.

Lot of confusion with food menu variety. Yet, the staff tried their best. I would still like it, if they improved the variety and availability.

Just the cleanliness was upto the mark.

It was really really very shameful moment when the cleaning staff just opened my room's door with the master key while I was inside the room with my partner. I personally consider it as a privacy breach which is not at all acceptable, and even after knowing that the staff has made a mistake, they're not ready to accept it. Infact they're arguing with me that sir it's not our fault.

Property is recently build up. Hence it’s fine

So many things which are pathetic. I paid 9070/- INR for 2 nights. I had a night mare. Hotel staff including their manager, who is never available at reception. If you have an early morning flight and you order a breakfast, rest assured, you will not get it as their staff wake up at 7 PM them self. If you are on a diet and ask for a egg-white Omlette of 8-10 eggs with brown bread then after 1 hour they’ll come and say we cannot give you an egg omelette of more then 2 eggs. We don’t have brown bread, will you have white bread. TV - Never work after multiple attempts Geyser - First, didn’t work, second the consistency of hot water is missing, it can burn your skin. Please be careful. Food menu - There’s a no food menu first. Hence you’ll have ask for an option. When you’ll ask for an option they’ll give you 2-3 options like Daal, curry, roti. In breakfast omelette, puri aloo, parantha. That’s it. Property location: it’s on an unnamed road in some random village where cabs struggle to reach.

Nothing everything was perfect

Breakfast was not available. They didn’t have restaurant facility as yet. Lunch was arranged from outside restaurant which was not good in quality and taste.

The construction of Hotel is good
