FabHotel RG Stay

Room was big enough with lighting facilities.

with 4 degree Celsius cold, water heater was not working. staff did something and said after 5 minutes you will get but nothing happened. Forced to bath in cold water as I get to my work. I couldn't co-ordinate with staff regarding anything as l don't know Hindi n he doesn't know English.

cold rooms, no noise insulation. all night, the noise from reception came to the room, there is a marble showroom just downstairs, which makes a lot of cutting and drilling noises the whole day.

Location is good for transpotation..Rooms are also well furnished but not maintained properly...

Tap was not working..blankets and sheets were not changed...even some luggage was there in the room..staff was informed the same and they didn't do anything...there was some work going on nearby and was very noisy..overall I and my family had a terrible experience...

The booking for this room went to some fab hotels in delhi They switched off the hotel phone in the early hours as my child and my daughter who wanted early check in (payable) were left stranded in the cold airport waiting for three hours They had to take another hotel room to rest as they were very tired after reaching delhi airport because the hotel did not respond and no refund provided This was completely unacceptable

Please dont lure people saying its a hotel. Not at all for someone looking for a decent stay.
