The hotel was good in all sense. The staff was very well behaved and prompt to attend when some problem was reported. The breakfast was average and had some variety to choose from. I had checked out in the morning even then they opened a room for me to change in the evening. Overall experience was very pleasant.

The location was in transport area close to the bus stand. It was in an isolated area and the road was dark in the evening. There are no markets nearby to explore or to find local food & even to get an auto you have to walk 300+ meters to the entrance area of the bus stand.

I recently booked a stay at Treebo Trinetar International based on the beautiful photos and the description that mentioned it was conveniently located near a bus station. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the reality was far from what was promised. The hotel is not near a major bus station as described; instead, it’s a bus station away from the main city, and it's not a significant stop. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with parked trucks and ongoing maintenance work, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, truck drivers were loitering outside the hotel at the nearby shady paan shops, which added to the discomfort. The road leading to the hotel was extremely filthy, and the overall environment felt unsafe and uninviting. I couldn't bring myself to stay there, so I left immediately and sought a different accommodation. To add to my frustration, the hotel has been sending me messages demanding payment despite my decision to leave due to the unacceptable conditions. This is incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking this hotel. The discrepancies between the description and the actual location are significant, and the conditions are not suitable for a pleasant stay. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund due to this misleading information and the unwarranted payment demands, and I hope others will be cautious when considering this hotel.
