"Breakfast issue"

Break timing was upto 11 am ,,I reached at buffet hall at 10 30 am they refused to take breakfast and even I have the photograph of timings which is kept inside the room ,,,I want to sort out this query if it is mentioned breakfast should be available upto 11 am then y they refused for breakfast and even I was there at 1030 they refused and later 10 30 exact I went to reception but they were unable to sort out ,,,I want to know the reasons after written in room and even online it is mentioned upto 11 am but y they refused....we r always looking for comfortable stay but at last the result is this..early action is required..
