"No stay and poor response by property and Booking.com on refund request"

I did not stay at the property so answers are not relevant. Point is that Booking.com is not bothered for the refund requested for not staying and cancellation though at last minute. If refund is not processed with your influence, I will have to re think for booking in future through Bookin

"Poor Staff Ruined the day."

Even after paying the full amount at checkin, Manager had No idea about his UPI amd asking me to deal with the issue. Completely Not expected from Treebo Chains.
