Infinity pool was good, very rustic, room was noisy as the walls were thin so we asked to move to a cottage. Rooms dark but it was monsoon season. Staff friendly and helpful and food was lovely

Didn’t like room that was supposed to be executive room as could hear tv and people talking next door even though view was lovely

Everything was wonderful except the food.

The place n the activities were good.food was Excellent 👌

Location and stay is good. There is less option in food menu chart and no outside food is allowed. Their lunch buffet was very good with lots of options.

The lady staff at reception who received us. We had booked through booking.com and had mentioned the age of my children at time of booking along with UID proof on arrival and I had booked two rooms. However the lady charged extra amount of Rs 1700 for my elder son. On check out food and beverage payment ws pending. The new lady at reception charged only the pending amount of food but didnt mention of the extra payment of my son. So I paid the balance amount and vacated. Later the first lady called me while i was on my way back home and informed to pay balance amount of my son. I just hated the way she asked us. And i payd it on treebo account by gpay. She said she didnt recv the amount though I send her the screen shot. Latr she mesgd me to send it again. I felt something cooking behind and send the whole history of transaction with Treebo account.Told her to verify again and will not pay anymore amnt on any other number.She wanted the money in her pocket .Pls beware of such staff in future.If extra money is need for children then why ask their age on booking. Infact i had booked two rooms. I don’t understand the logic behind it
