Very difficult to find the hotel. Google map doesn’t go to the exact location. It’s very inside and has very narrow roads.

The behaviour of the person on counter

Room staff behaviour..... Even u call again and again they won't pick..... Ac was not working.... Smoking smell in room...... Toilet was not clean

The rooms were clean, bed was comfy, toilet was clean enough.

AC not working properly - it worked likea fan and wouldn't actually cool the room even if left on through out the day. Apart from tarriff and tax, the hotel made it a point to take the Booking.com commission -- meant to be paid by the hotel for taking bookings on the app -- from me. Despite being told that it was an unethical practice, they refused to admit it and maintained they were in the right.
