Courteous staff, quite surrounding

The room needs some more furniture like a workdesk. There is a desk however it is packed with the Tea set and the cutlery stand and there is no space to even keep a Laptop on this desk. The room is spacios. if they could make a provison for a Laptop / working desk it will enhance our experience

My stay at Olive Hotel had a mix of positives and concerns. On the surface, the hotel offered a comfortable environment—the check-in process was easy, the staff were polite, and the general atmosphere of the property felt welcoming. The common areas were clean and well-kept, which initially gave me confidence in the overall quality of the stay. The room itself was comfortable in many ways, with a cozy bed and useful amenities.

I encountered a serious issue: I found a bed bug on two separate occasions during my stay. This was disappointing and concerning, especially since the rest of the space appeared clean and orderly. While the staff responded when notified, the repeated occurrence affected my ability to fully relax. Because of this issue, my overall experience was mixed. The hotel has potential, with a courteous team and generally pleasant facilities, but addressing the pest problem should be a top priority. With proper attention to this matter, Olive Hotel could offer a consistently comfortable stay, but as it stands, I would be hesitant to return until improvements are made.
