the location is good, the staff is fine.

the hotel was fine, but there was no cleanliness and the beds had bed bugs which bit us at nights, the linen were dirty and torn, the bed and linen were smelly, the bathroom lacked handwash, the bathroom drain was blocked and the shower and tap were not clean and had very bad water flow. this hotel really needs to do some maintenance work and keep the hotel clean and free of BED BUGS.
