Paid 5569 INR for one night which is very expensive. The size of the room is very small so you feel claustrophobic. Some mixed nuts were kept in the room, we thought they were complementary but they charged us double amount for that. Not at all worth the money. You easily get better facilities and service for lesser tariffs in other hotels.

The service could have been more professional. While the staff were eager to please, coordination problems were obvious. It took us over 25 minutes to get the omelette we asked for during breakfast and they got only one when we had ordered two. It took 90 minutes to clear dishes from our room and give us water after several calls to Room Service/Reception. In fact calls to Room Service were invariably picked up by reception who were always apologetic. I think the management of Golden Tulip needs to get its act together

ININEntire staff was amazing. I had a very pleasant stay flet like home. Hotel staff were very helpful and they always greet you with a smile. I travel a lot stayed in many hotels but surley this was on of the best experience. Geart job keep it up.
