Location and view were superb. Food provided was also good. Overall experience was awesome.

I was booked and paid for room at fabhotel benchmark. But when i called them to say that i will be check-in at 1600 instead of 14-15 hrs, they said they cant give room in fabhotel benchmark and if necessary i can avail room in fabhotel abc, vijaya nagar. They accepted full payment and refused room at the time of check-in. Since i was new to indore and have to attend a function in the evening, accepted room at abc view. It is very old building, with used linen, toilet seats with black dirt. Highly repugnant but forced to cope up with, for want of time. Next day we vacated at 1800 after arriving from omkareswar. Charged for full day and water bottles were charged Rs. 30/- per bottle. We had to pay for 48hrs for staying 26 hrs. People should ask for 24 hrs billing and not chekin and check out to their convenience.
