INLocation was convenient, right next to the highway.
Main problem was the staff, both at reception and at the restaurant. While checking in, they made me wait for several minutes, because their "system" was not working properly. When I tried to pay using my credit card, their "credit card mechine was not working". A very large number of staff members crowd the reception desk but no job gets done. Overall there was a lack of preparedness. Even while checking out, we had to wait for a long time.....the reason not clear. Payment was done, we handed over the key but they kept us waiting. It seems the staff had no training how to behave with the guest.
