The hotel is tucked away in a residential area with very narrow roads, which made it challenging to access by van at night. Hot water for bathing was supplied in buckets, and the sheets and towels were visibly stained. The lifts were functional only upon request.

ININBreakfast was given in parcels and we had to sit on the floor and eat it. There is no dining place in this hotel. Location is huge let down. The place doesn't have a kitchen or dining area. There are no proper roads to the place. There was only one staff for the entire place.
