Ambience of hotel

The ambience was good, but some basic facilities were missing like 1. No intercom (they said that we need to use the mobile number given by them) 2. We had to ask for Water (which they brought after a long time (after the Second reminder) 3. they use only one Remote for all AC in all the rooms plus reception. (So, if we can only start or stop on our own... To change temperature, we need to call them) 4. Bed sheets with spots (argument was - We have washed them but the spots not going) 5. Only Few Channels in TV

"Terrible reception"

I couldn’t stay in that property because foreigners are not allowed. I arrived late night and got this information at the reception. Before I had been called and I told I was Brazilian and none told me that.

The property has a big problem in share import information and it must be clear in Bookinking.com
