The entire property stinks and the rooms are suffocating. It feels like a cheap motel to say the least.

Location is good

Hospitality,cleanliness, Unwashed blankets ,pillows, No proper electronics like Water kettle, non working Television,no friendly manner staff, no longer prefer this hotel again

Property manager name “Sairam” is a 100% rowdy person. Request all to not book at all in this hotel. I had booked this property for 5 days. For first 3 days the manager was not seen at all. On 4th day he appeared and started behaving with total rowdy accent. He was drunk and smoking heavily when I came back from office work. When I complained about the hotel service , he tried to assault me . He made threatening gestures towards me. Being outsider of Telangana state I called emergency 100 number. But the police failed to show up. I called up 112 number again with case Id number but police didn’t come. I tried calling 112 4-5 times. Finally 112 police told me to go to raidurg police station so I booked a rapido bike . The hotel manager “Sairam” threatened the bike rider and did not allow me to go to police station. Finally I called up booking com customer care and somehow managed to call the hotel owner . The hotel owner tried to justify the actions of the hotel manager . I told him that Sairam is total goon and rowdy person but the hotel owner kept on defending him. Finally I made the whole payment and checked out of the hotel next morning. This hotel is extremely dangerous due to the rowdy attitude of hotel manager and property owner. Imagine your brother going through a similar situation at this hotel , would like to book this hotel ??? Avoid this hotel at all cost ..
