V clean close to airport how kuldeep front desk manager address his staff as beta (child) and guide them to ensure process is smooth for guest I have only seen managers telling staff off when they can’t figure something and embarrass them in front of guest so it was v sweet. That’s why all the staff was v pleasant and helpful
