I appreciate it’s a airport hotel, but it’s basic to where I normally would stay, we had to wait 25 minutes for a alcoholic drink to arrive to the dining area from the bar on the rooftop

"the stay was pathetic the staff was non cooperative my guest felt very bad about food provided"

The Breakfast was not served in proper manner, staff kept us waiting and we have to leave without having much time it was patethic experience

They could have provided the service better in room dinning food was pathetic and the breakfast provided was very late the staff told that what he can do if kitchen staff is not co operating and not providing the quality food
