This is a review based on 2 separate trips. I visited this hotel on the 2nd Nov for the first time. I was warmly welcomed by Gautima and Nikhil. I was very much impressed from first impressions. The hotel is very new and quiet. It is about an hour to an hour and a half drive from the airport. Pick up was arranged prior arrival with hotel. There is an amazing rooftop pool which is perfect for laps. The pool is looked after by a very caring lad (many thanks for helping my elderly dad). Breakfast in 1882 is awesome. The executive lounge offers a nice selection of warm snacks, cold options and alcoholic drinks in the evening. Vincina in the lounge is an amazing hostess. All staff in this hotel are very friendly and will do their utmost to make their guests comfortable. After this first visit of only 1 night, i decided to come back for a second visit a fortnight later. It felt like coming back home when staff remembered me. A special thanks to Gloria and Song who kept checking on us to ensure that we did not need anything. We are definitely coming back and looking forward to the next visit.

The hotel has great ambiance and it's well taken care of. The rooms, pool, reception, restaurant, and anything you name it, it's really well maintained. All the staff are really friendly and provide you the best assistance. Great place to spend a week or more!

Perfect service from Dibya and Atanu. The room was cleaned without a spot and the restaurant food was decent also. Nice stay overall.
